How long is your delivery time?
Normally 1 to 3 working days, in exceptional cases we will contact you.
How do I return/exchange an item?
All our customers have a 30-day money back guarantee and right of return. Hygiene items such as underwear, mouthguards, jockstraps and the like are not eligible for exchange or money back guarantee. Products that are returned must be in their original condition, with any packaging unbroken and the seal still intact to receive a full refund. Return the item in packaging that protects the product packaging during transport. Contact us via email and provide your order number when handling returns. Choose whether you want to buy the return shipping from us or if you want to handle it yourself. The customer is always responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to us.

Unclaimed packages
Packages are normally held by the parcel agent for a maximum of 14 days from the date the package was delivered to the parcel agent. After the maximum storage time at the parcel agent, the package is sent back to us. We reserve the right to charge you the costs for return shipping, handling costs, etc. (minimum fee 250 SEK) for unclaimed packages. The invoice is sent to the customer with 14 days of payment.
